Return & Refund Policy

At Le Paris Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
